Unique Beers started in early 2002 with the mission of bringing high quality beers to Florida (commonly referrred to as the "Great Beer Wasteland"). UB is owned by and employs real beer lovers. We are passionate and committed to our portfolio of great and Unique Beers. Every brand we carry must be of impeccable quality and is handpicked by our President and beer guru, Tom Moench. Tom has been a beer geek for 20+ years. He has been or is a home brewer, pro brewer, hop salesman, beer judge and inventor of several innovative products embraced by the brewing industry. He continues to work in the brewery brewing Orange Blossom Pilsner, a delicate and delicious honey beer brewed with 30% Orange Blossom honey. OBP has a very wide appeal
and is loved by beer snobs, to the macrobrew drinker and all points in between. Other brews that may or may not be revived are, Toasted Coconut Porter, Roggenbrau, and Imperial Orange Blossom Pilsner. One way or another, the committment level runs high at UB.
